I’m sharing with you my favorite go-to shake recipe! I’ve made this almost daily for years now (I’m a creature of habit when it comes to food) and I still love it every time.
3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
2 tbs light unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbs flaxseed
3 tbs nonfat milk powder
1 tsp almond butter
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
8 frozen strawberries
*ice: I don’t put ice in mine because I like the consistency as it is (but my mom puts ice in hers). So add ice to your desired preference 🙂
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
